My name is Rasmus Poulsgaard and I am a bartender / spirit importer / life style photographer / author living in Copenhagen Denmark. I bartend, do consultancy for bars and restaurants and import artisanal cachaca to europe. I am also currently writing two books on alcohol and cocktails, and last but not least I am a passionate product photographer focusing on food and drinks.
