Bread

Baking bread is another one of my passions. There is no more satisfying process than transforming a pile of flour, some water, a little bit of yeast and salt into a steaming hot loaf of bread with a crackling crust. Just the thought of opening it up and revealing the complex sweet and sour flavours that characterises a good sourdough bread make me salivate. Hopefully you can smell it through the pictures:)
