DFDS workshop
This was a 2 hour workshop for bartenders at a DFDS cruise liner on how to use aquavit in cocktails. The goal was to educate them about what aquavit is and how it works in cocktails, but also to facilitate a small workshop where the bartenders in four groups each had to come up with a cocktail to put on the menu using aquavit and whatever was available at their bar. The images were then published in their magazine having left space for the text around the cocktails.
